Bank of Asia published its fourth quarter results with a profit for 26.65 crores compared to Rs. 20.79 crores in the previous year. Though It is an increase of 28% over the profits of the previous year, the company could not maintain even the same EPS in the previous year.
The EPs of the company for the year 2010/11 is at Rs. 13.32 down by 4% from Rs. 13.86 previous year. This is because the company had issued right shares to make it's capital a total of Rs. 200 crores.
